About Us - Our Church Family

We are thankful that you are interested in our church family. You will find our body of Christian believers to be a safe and authentic place to grow spiritually, find answers to life's questions, heal from some of life's unwanted pain, and especially discover God's personal love for you. We are committed to teaching sound and balanced Bible doctrine from practical aspects, to building up families and marriages, and to reaching those who want to discover a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Growing in Grace Church has been ministering in the Las Vegas area since 1991. We are a family-oriented church that emphasizes the teaching of the whole counsel of God from a "finished work" and "grace" perspective. We are a group of people who share a common love for the grace of God in life's application. We define the grace of God as the unmerited favor of God directed toward mankind. It should be noted that this understanding of God's grace does not condone the thinking that man can live without restraint because grace covers irresponsible behavior toward the holiness of God (Rom. 6:1, 15 - What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? 15 - What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means!). Rather, the grace of God "instructs us to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts and live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age" (Titus 2:12 - It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age.) Our desire is to impart God’s Word with God’s heart to God’s world. Our message is based on the Finished Work of Jesus Christ.

Our Purpose

The purpose of this church is:

To stand unequivocally for the fundamentals of the Christian Faith as contained in the Holy Scriptures (The Bible);

To present the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ at home and abroad to those who have not accepted Him as their personal Savior;

To teach the Holy Scriptures for the edification of those who have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior; and,

To do all things in the name and for the honor and glory of our Savior, the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, even Jesus Christ.

Meet our Pastor

Pastor Dominick Rodriguez has been serving as our Pastor since June 2002. Both, he and his wife, Niki, have been involved in our local church body since its inception, over eleven years ago

Pastor Dominick's vision for our church is to continue preaching and teaching the Word of God, and giving the Gospel of Grace and the Finished Work of Jesus Christ to the city of Las Vegas. He has a tremendous heart for the lost and encourages the Body to reach out to all people with the love of God and the Gospel.

He was ordained by Living Grace Ministries, Tacoma Washington, after being mentored and discipled by our founding pastor for over eleven years. He also served in various ministries within the church prior to being appointed pastor.

One of their greatest joys is to see people find a church home, a place to connect with God and with others, as well as a place where they can grow in their faith and live the exciting, abundant life God has in store for them.
